Hi, and welcome to my very first blog post!

Hi, and welcome to my very first blog post!

If we haven’t met yet, I’m Kaye Cramond, and I help people reconnect with real food—from growing it in their backyard to turning it into beautiful meals and storing it to enjoy year-round. Since running cooking classes and sharing seasonal tips with a small circle on Facebook, I’m launching this  blog to reach more people who are ready to slow down, get their hands dirty, and fall in love with homegrown food again.

Why This Blog?

Over the past couple of years I’ve taught dozens of people how to  make gluten-free sourdough, Can and Dehydrate food, and stock their pantries with nourishing foods. What I’ve learned is that so many of us are craving a deeper connection with what we eat—but we’re overwhelmed by where to start.

This blog is here to simplify that. I’ll share the tips, lessons, and little secrets that have worked for me and my students, so you can confidently grow, cook, and store your own food—even if you’re a complete beginner.

This my Business Soul Report that will give you a better understanding on what, how and why I do what I do.

What You’ll Learn Here

Here’s what you can expect from future blog posts:
